The engineer turned up on time to repair a broken washing machine. He also gave me advance notice when he was due to arrive. He searched his van for the correct part, fitted it and in no time the washing machine was working like new. The price was as quoted. Well done.

It was really easy to book an appointment online, as my washing machine broke over the weekend. I do like to speak to a real person on the phone but found I could get all the answers to my queries from the Q&A on the website. The cost of the visit was really clear and what would need to happen if we needed parts. The communication was excellent and I had a phone call on Monday morning from the repair man to confirm a time for my chosen slot on Wed. I explained I wouldn’t actually be in on Wed but my husband would be and so the repair man took my husbands details. He turned up on time on Wed and took a look at our washing machine, unfortunately it was going to cost over £200 in parts to fix as it needed a new drum so we decided to just buy a new one. Our machine was over 7 years old and we took a gamble to see if we could get it fixed before buying a new one as I believe it’s better for the environment to try and repair things before buying new. The service was fantastic with clear updates from start to finish and would highly recommend.
